Booking Policies

We are a fast growing company and we meet the needs of our clients, and each booking slot is important to us. Our calendar is more than just a date it's a moment for someone to create and have an unforgettable experience. When you book with us and pay a retainer fee you have removed the possibility for someone else to have our services that day. In the event you change your mind or want to cancel your booking please understand the inconvenience this causes us. We not only lose your business but all the other clients who tried to book on the same day. All retainer fees are due at time of booking plus a booking fee. Booking fees are non-refundable and retainer fees are refundable up until your contract signing. During your consultation we will customize your event and you will choose from our inventory of options. Please understand the fees you pay at the time of booking do not cover your full event. You will have to pay for services in full via invoice on the date set by our team.

What is a Booking Fee and how much is it

All Booking  Fees are $50. These are minimal fees that cover a date on our calendar. This protects us in the event someone cancels their event. We lose business when someone is not serious about their booking option. This ensures we make some profit for the inconvenience.

What is a retainer fee and why are you charging this? 

Retainer fees are $200 and cover the time and dedication our workers put into bringing your design options to life. When you book we get to work immediately on creating a visual of options to fit your desires. This pays our employees by the hour and allows them adequate compensation to design your big day. 

Why am I still charged after my consultation via invoice? 

The remaining fees you will have will solely pay for your items we allow you to rent out of our inventory or special items we will use for your event. These items were not free for us and we charge small fees for your use. It is a much better deal this way versus purchasing full price on your own for a one-time event. All of the fees you pay at the time of booking covers our calendar and employees' hourly wages to work your event and prepare. It does not cover your actual event decor.

When are refunds allowed vs. not allowed? 

Booking fees are 100% non-refundable. After we meet and discuss your event decor options and you sign your client contract, your retainer fee is non-refundable. All invoices are due by the date discussed and immediately non-refundable the minute it is paid. In the event you have to cancel your event, you must contact us via email at least 30 days in advance for bookings with a requirement of 90-180 days advance booking. 14 days for events that require a  6-8 week advance booking, and 7 days for events for 4 week advance booking. This will ensure you get an opportunity to move your date. No written notice will immediately forfeit your right to reschedule no matter the circumstance. We do not have a large enough team to cover last-minute events. If you will show proof of circumstances and are not able to provide a written notice for our policy timelines we can offer you our next available appointment for your type of service. 

Rescheduling Options

All rescheduling options that are approved are subject to a $250 reschedule fee unless otherwise stated. Please be sure about your dates in advance.
